SIGCOM will perform an on-location site survey with a qualified technical person or team to determine the Integrated Security Electronics needs of the Customer.  These needs can include but are not limited to: Access Control, Closed Circuit Television, Fire Alarm, CATV/MATV, Perimeter Fence, Mass Alert, Nurse Call, Fiber Optic, Intercom and Paging, Networking and Data, Barrier Protection, Programmable Logic Controllers, Door Control, Back up Power and Thermal Imaging systems. 

Within 14 calendar days following the completion of the site survey, SIGCOM will provide a Site Survey Report and a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budget based upon the customers’ needs, technical recommendations and the site survey assessment developed from the site survey.

Following customer review and acceptance of the Site Survey Report and ROM, SIGCOM will, within 30 calendar days, provide a Preliminary Design Concept Engineering Package and a Firm Fixed Price proposal.

The Preliminary Design Concept Engineering Package will include but is not limited to:

The Under Vehicle Image Documentation System (fixed) consists of a Computer Control Station (including a Pentium CPU, Keyboard, Mouse, and 19-inch touch screen monitor), Power Supply, and Camera Subassembly consisting of a high-resolution monochrome camera mounted in a weather-resistant enclosure. The camera has a wide 120-degree field of view. This package includes a Light Bar Subassembly, comprised of 12-VDC halogen lamps in a bar to illuminate the under carriage of any vehicle, a 45-foot cable harness for connecting the camera assembly with the control station, a cover plate and grate, and an inductive loop sensor.
